Situated behind the Jamie Ready House, the Bayside Cottage was built in 2007 by Bayside Builders with funding from the Ungerman Fund and the Cape & Islands United Way.

CHAMP Homes has partnered with the Bridge to Hope program to provide housing and mentoring to women transitioning back into the community from the Barnstable County Correctional Facility.
